Opening times
The practice is accessible by telephone every working day from 8 am to 5 pm (072-5112428); you will get four options:
Option 1: emergency
When dealing with a very urgent medical problem, you can choose option 1. All telephones in the surgery will start to ring; we therefore ask you not to select this option lightheartedly.
Option 2: repeat prescriptions
You can order your repeat prescription via this option. It would be best to leave your name, date of birth, name of the medication, and the use of it. The GP will authorize your request (if possible), after which you can pick up your medicine at your chemist. This option is only available to the patients of this medical practice.
Option 3: contact with the assistant
You can access the assistant from 8 am to 5 pm to get medical advice, make an appointment, or order repeat prescriptions.
Option 4: intercollegue consultation
This option is only available for medical colleagues who want to consult with an employee.
Repeat prescriptions
As stated above, you can order it via option 2. However, this service is only available to patients of this practice. You can also contact the assistant (option 3).
