After I finished my economy studies in 1987, I worked as a buyer in industry for 17 years. In 2004 I started working in health care as a manager for the Alkmaarsche Huisartsengroep. Since practitioner Noordhof joined the AHG in 2005, our coopertion has steadily increased. Since 2007 I have been working at our practice as practice manager.
What does a(n) Practice Manager do?
The practice manager is responsible for everything that happens in practice, non-medical wise, such as leading the staff, finance, logistics and organization.
